Exercise in Office
To find schedule from the hectic schedule is very difficult, however to remain fit we have to manage our time for the exercise even in the office as well. There are lots of thing which we can done during the work to remain fit and healthy. Here are some tips to remain fit during the work as well.
• First of all you must park your bike or car from certain distance of your work place to take more steps every day. Prefer to use stairs rather than elevator. This will really work for you.
• During lunch break, after lunch, walk some steps, stretch you and stop sitting for long time.
• Use pedometer to know how many steps you take. This will really buck up your passion to remain fit.
• Try to keep fitness instrument along you at office like hand weight, resistance bands. Whenever you find free time, do some workout with them.
• Make the community of your colleagues to walk with you in free time, this will really help you to do workout regularly.
• Stretching during work is very important, so find time to stretch your certain parts for example wrist or ankle stretching.
• Whenever you find time stand up that will burn your calories rather than sitting.
• Use your chair for doing some easy exercise for example, you can do the exercise of legs on the chair and shoulder movement can also be done in the sitting posture as well.
