If you have healthy and glowing skin then it means are taking the balance diet. The role of balance diet in our lives is very vital. Balanced diet means the diet of our daily routine which must be the combination of protein, minerals, fats, vitamins and carbohydrates. We should always eat sensible. If your diet is not proper the malfunctioning takes place.</p>
<p>Your hairs, your skin and even your health go down and you will feel weakness in certain level. Mostly girls are more beauty conscious; they do alot to get good skin and healthy hairs. As these two things are plays a vital role in defining the beauty of any girl. I would like to share some of my personal experience about how to get fresh and glowing skin.</p>
<p>It does not matter that you are having dry, oily or normal skin but the important thing is that how you handle you skin. To drink milk is one of the best sources of getting healthy and fine skin. For health and glowing skin drink atleast 8 to 12 glass of water, take seasonal fruit juices and also eat lots of fruits and avoid oily food. Take exercise daily that is one of the main key to remain young. So if you act upon my advices the absolutely you will get glowing and health skin</p>
